Planet fitness manager says your membership has been terminated. He must have made a complaint ! I was shocked.Anyways I get a call the next day. A other guy got mad because he left and I was using his machine when he came back.He started to pick a fight used profanity said do you remember me? i said no I really do nottrying to keep the peace.Then he replys "Well i sure the FUC- remember you. One was ready to fight for his piece of equipment that he had walked away from and came back to find me using it. You cannot leave it to the public to keep the equipment sanitized!whats wrong with them?I am a certified health and Physical Education Teacher? Finally on two different occasions guys were being a_ _holes,causing conflicts. They still would not keep the mold cleaned up.I gave up! Also I noticed in the 8 months I had a membership there I was always getting a sort throat or sinus infection.I believe that was caused by the germ infested equipment. OH MY GOD! There was black mold growing on the bathroom wall under the hand dryers.I mentioned it to staff,They did a sloppy job of cleaning it up missed a lot of it,It all grew back.I filed a health concern to the Public health board.Nothing was being done about the health issues.6 months later I filed another complaint. I am happy to be a member at this location and I would suggest this location to a freind or family member. New Staff member Mo is very friendly and extremely helpful Its nice to be greeted with a smile or a simple hello or hi when you come in to the gym. Some of the new staff seem to be doing a very good job as well. Morgan does an excellent job, and she's an asset to this location. Letting him move on was a huge loss to this location. This location had an Amazing person trainer, His name was Garrett. Its time to hire a fully qualified person trainer, and pay them what they are worth. Its way past due to add another Pec/rear delt machine.

If you removed some of the elliptical machines and expanded the free weights area, it would be a great thing for all members. Trying to get a bench in the free weight area can be very frustrating at times. There's too many Elliptical machines, and the free weight area is much to small for a location with a high number in members. There has to be an adjustment to this policy. I have spoken with other members last summer and over the past few days. The kids hog the machines, come in, in groups and its more of a social event for them as they have plenty of time, they sit on their cell phones and have no common courtesy toward adults. So Black card members such as myself that are limited on time, can still use the gym to get an effective workout in. While I think its nice that Planet fitness offers Free memberships to kids during the summer, there should be certain hours they are allowed to use the gym, I feel that managers should have more leeway in managing their location as they see needed. However the corporate rules placed upon locations can make it difficult to address problems, and each gym can face different problems and not allowing each manager to address these problems is just red tape that should be lifted so each manager in any location can do things to solve issues than can arise. The manager (Morgan) is very active in communicating with her members and addressing any problems a member could experience and she resolves them quickly. The gym is kept quite clean considering how many members this location has, its cleaner than other Planet fitness locations I have visited, Locally and in different states.
